Who we are?

Jedinstvo d.d. is a company that makes the following types of containers:

• technical shelters

• modular objects

• housing and

• ablution containers.

The company activities are performed on the area of approx. 250 000 m2 in town Krapina.

Our main products are:

• ACCOMMODATION, OFFICE AND ABLUTION CONTAINERS
• SPECIAL CONTAINERS for telecom and electric equipment
• CONTAINERIZED OBJECTS
• PREFABRICATED STEEL AND MODULAR BUILDINGS
• ROAD EQUIPMENT AND EARTH WORKS
• ALUMINUM CASTING.

Who we are looking for?

We are interested in cooperation with belgian partners in field of selling our products. Our interest also covers cooperation and/or renting free open and closed area in Free Trade Zone, where we own approximately 25.000 sqm area. Following activities are possible in the zone: production of goods, finishing of goods, wholesale, supply of various services. Free Trade zone users have following benefits: tax relief, custom duty relief, economic benefit and administrative benefit.

Except Free Trade Zone, we are interested in cooperation with open and closed area in Žutnica, near Krapina. 40% of the area is used by Customs office at the moment, and approximately 30.000 sqm of closed and about 40.000 sqm of open area is free for renting or initation joint programs. The area has complete infrastructure and communal facilities. The objects are built on completely equipped construction land and are connected to following: Gas line, El. network, water supply system, sewage system, telephone connection. At same location there are also water and fuel reservoir. Customs Office, customs storage, customs agents offices, parking place for trucks and manipulative areas are also there. There is a possibility to send and deliver goods by rail since there is the railway track too. 

Near port and shipyard in Rijeka we can offer you for renting industrial hall of 12.000 sqm for storage of goods that are deliver  or dispatch through maritime transport.
