Price list for the use of our services

 

Office space

A: Occasional use
1st month = free (100% discount on 12 m2 of office space surface),
2nd month and further = 5 € / m2 / month (divided and calculated per day use, if You require). Example: if you use 20 m2 for three days, Your invoice would be 15 € + 23% VAT (tax).

B: If You found a company and place its activities in Koprivnica, You get the following discounts:
1st year: 100% off the price for the first three months, and 75% off from 4th - 12th month,
2nd year: 50 % off the rent price
3rd year: 25% off the rent price

Note: The discount can be given only at a quantity of 12 m2 per employee (from Koprivnica). If You use bigger surfaces, used space over these 12 m2 per employee are payed at a full price.
For instance, if You use 50 m2, and have 3 employees, for the first three months you would get a discount for 36 m2 (180 €), and the invoice would be for only 14 m2, that is 70 € + 23% VAT. If You, for instance, use only 36 m2, your office space is for free. The price is calculated, and the invoices are issued on a per month basis.

 

Personal assistant

A: Occasional use:
The price of the working hour of a bilingual personal assistants (German-Croatian and English-Croatian) are 7 € + 23% VAT per hour.

B: Your company is based in Koprivnica
If you place Your company in Koprivnica, Your company can use a personal assistant for 5 hours for free each month, in the first 6 months after founding. Following that period, we charge full price, mentioned in the case A.

 

Regional representation 

The minimum use of our Call agents and Personal assistants is 10 € + 23% VAT / month, required for our resources reservation. Overtime is charged at a rate of 7€ + 23% VAT per hour. The billing starts at 0, not at 10 €. That is, if You use 10 hours of their time, Your invoice will be 70 € + 23% VAT. But, if You don't use them at all, Your invoice will be 10 € + 23% VAT.

 

Call center - for customers or suppliers finding and market polling (research)

The price for the use of our Call center is 7 € + 23% VAT per hour. We cover the area of Germany, Austria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

 

Payment options

Payments are currently possible only on our international account, and soon will be possible trough PayPal and credit cards.
